TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1    All our SPA themed parties and pampering sessions are based on a minimum number of 3 children and a maximum number of 20 children including the birthday person. However, unless agreed with us prior to the party or the session set date. There is an additional charge of £25 per person if more people are added to this capacity. Please ask during booking. All parties / sessions are at a duration of 3 hours with a 2 hours setup time, unless additional time is discussed and agreed with us when booking.

1.2    All our parties / sessions are tailored to suit each individual child and their invitees age groups. Despite of this, other children of various age group will also find our sessions engaging.  

1.3    All our staffs are all DBS checked and approved.

2.1    You can request a booking by either sending us a message using our messaging service on our website with your enquiries and your contact details to info@creativemindzldn.com  or contact us using our telephone service (07398 4888213) and we will contact you within 24 hours.

2.2    All bookings must be booked 4 weeks (28 Days) prior to the party date. A 50% deposit is required during the initial booking to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 1 week (7 Days) before the set and agreed party / session date. Please note, unless all transactions are completed a week (7 Days) before the party / session date, your booking will not go ahead as planned and you may lose your deposit. A receipt of your payment will be provided by e-mail.  Your payment will be accepted and confirmed as your acceptance of our 'Terms and Conditions'. 

2.3    You will be advised of the total cost of your party / session once all bookings and specifications are agreed and confirmed by ourselves and yourself.  This will either be done via e-mail, telephone  or in person.

2.4    Once bookings have been confirmed on our booking form, a PDF version will be sent to you, usually within 7 working days of the application.

2.5    All payments are made via bank transfer. The details will be given to you during the booking process. 

3.1  Before confirming your booking, we will present you with two different packages. Once this is chosen and confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation as discussed and promised at the time of your booking via e-mail. Following this, we will then commence preparations. Please note, any additional decor not on your chosen package, may incur extra charges.

VENUE

3.2    Our services / sessions are provided either in the comfort of your own home or in your chosen venue. This will need to be confirmed when booking.

4.1    We understand that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a party / session cancellation may arise. We are unable to offer any refund if a cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the party / session date. A booking deposit is only refundable based on the following:

• A full deposit will be refunded if the party / session is cancelled 4 weeks (28 Days) before the set party date.

• 75% of your deposit will be refunded if the party / session is cancelled 3 weeks (21 days)  before the set party date.

• 25% of your deposit is refunded if the party / session is cancelled 2 weeks (14 days) before the set party date.

• 10% of your deposit will be refunded if the party / session is cancelled 1 week (7 days) before the set party date.

• If for any reason, we (Creative Mindz LDN) have to cancel your booking, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to you within 24 hours of the party / session set date via PayPal or bank transfer.

4.2    On the day of the party / session, we understand the significance of the day and the importance of punctuality. Nonetheless, we may be subjected to traffic and other factors out of our control, which may delay us with our scheduled time. If under any circumstances this happens to be the case, we will keep you informed and updated.  Please note, this is yet to happen with our services. We are very proud and happy to say that our punctuality is and has always been 100%. 

5.1    At Creative Mindz LDN, we do not provide this service. However, with our customer's consent, we may photograph the party / session for promotional purposes for our website and for social media platforms . We also encourage our customers to share photos of their parties / sessions which highlights our services. Please note, any photos or videos provided to us with our customer's consent, will be published on our website and also on all our social media platforms.  Therefore, by sending us your videos and photos, you give Creative Mindz LDN your full consent to use the content provided.
